Millions of people across the world live their everyday with chronic illnesses. These persistent conditions usually involve complex treatment plans that are often expensive. For you to be able to file a claim for expensive therapies against your insurance company, you must get prior-authorization first. I developed a software tool to manage the prior-authorization workflow. This is a manual process handled by clinical back-offices that is time-intensive, prone to errors and can often cause treatment delays.
